Reversed Flat World
Reversed Flat World

Working on very stellar 3D world maps of network activity and testing new graph layouts can get boring.

So, I simply projected the longitude and latitude of the GeoIP of each object (limited to around 12,000 nodes) into a 2D surface and rotated the results 180 degrees on the y axis.

The results turned out to be a flat world that resembles a pig or a bear.

Or maybe I just failed the flat world ink blot test?
